Continues Production Bonus

  • All production and compensation is based on Life, Critical Illness and Disability Insurance.
  • Continues Production requirement is 10,000 Annual Premium. The Bonus is calculated from January 1st to December 31st of the Calendar year. All agents may qualify  for CPB Bonus.
  • An Agent may be able to fast track to a 30% Bonus.
  • A Power Agent may override another Power Agent by 10% through 4 Generations.
  • A Power Agent may switch to the Halo Builder System at any time.

Power Agent Bonus

  • An agent who produces 10,000 insurance production and $250,000 of investment production in the calendar year will receive a $500 bonus per million dollars under management. The agent trails will also be increased  by an annual .12%
  • An agent who produces 40,000 insurance production and $250,000 of investment production in the calendar year will receive a $750 bonus per million dollars under management. The agent trails will also be increased by an additional .12%

Insurance Residual Income

  • All agents receive residual income on all Insurance products from day one. Many products offer different residual compensation. Our most popular product we provide is the IA 30 year and 40 year “Pick a Term”. Here are some examples of Life Insurance Residual Income:

Disability Residual Income

  • Disability Policies offer flexible compensation for our agents. One method of comp is upfront and the other more popular method is Level Compensation.
  • If the advisor selects a level compensation, the residual income is 15%-17%

Critical Illness Residual Income

  • All agents receive residual income on all Insurance products from day one. Many products offer different residual compensation. We offer a variety of critical illness insurance policies from Term Ten to Term 100. Our most popular product is T75 and Simplified Issue T75 which both include 100% return of premiums. Here is an Example of the CI residual income:

Term 20 CI    Years One to Twenty = 3%
Term 75 CI    Years One to Ten only = 3%

My Diploma RESP Compensation

  • Our Education Plans are one of the most unique and exciting products in the industry. We can offer education plans through our Segregated fund line up which has a diversified choice of funds with great flexibility. My Diploma has one of the most powerful compensation structures in the industry.
  • Compensation varies on the age of the child. Our most popular My Diploma plans are new born’s and children to age 10. Here are some examples:

  • In the following example a Halo agent helps a family with 2 Diploma Education plans. The first plan is for a new born child and the second plan is for a 4 year old child:

Child 1: My Diploma RESP is being set up for $100 monthly PAC for a new born.
               $100 monthly contribution  X  12 months of the year  =  $1,200
               $1,200  X  70%  =  $840
Child 2
: My Diploma RESP is being set up for $100 monthly PAC for a 4 year old.
               $100 monthly contribution  X  12 months of the year  =  $1,200
               $1,200  X  36%  =  $432

  • The total up front compensation for the Halo agent for setting up the 2 My Diploma RESP accounts for the new born and the 4 year old child with a $100 PAC would be $1,272
  • The Halo agent also receives a 3% compensation on all Government grants.
  • Halo Compensation for My Diploma is standard for all agents at any and all promotion levels.
  • Due to the high level of up front compensation the residual income on My Diploma is .01%

Building Ownership From Day 1

  • A Halo Power Agent or the Halo Builder Agent owns their business from their first day. While most companies have ridiculous and outrageous ownership requirements with less than 1% achieving ownership. At Halo everybody benefits from ownership. That means you are creating equity and value. You own the assets, you have true ownership. You own everything and you deserve it and deserve to be rewarded for your hard work.
  • If and when you choose to leave the industry  or decide to retire, you have various methods and choices when it comes to selling your business. If you wish to sell at anytime you may decide to auction it, sell it back to Halo and or its agents. You may also  decide to retire and enjoy the overrides and residuals or pass it on to your heirs.
  • A Halo Agent that has production of 1 million dollars of Insurance Qualified Premium in force would have an equity value of $250,000.00
