Acci 7 Accidental Fracture
If an insured Person sustains a Fracture as result of an accident, the Insurer undertakes to pay him or her a lump sum based on the table below. The fracture must be diagnosed within (30) days of the accident.

- Skull, hip, spine, pelvis femur $7,000
- Sternum, larynx, trachea $2,000

Acci 7 AD&D
Accidental death & dismemberment or loss of Use
The Insurer shall pay to the insured person the amount in the table below in the event of accidental death, dismemberment or loss of use.

- Sight of both eyes $70,000
- Both hands $70,000
- Both feet $70,000
- One hand & One foot $70,000
- One foot and sight of one eye $70,000
- Hearing & Speech $70,000
- One Arm or one Leg $50,000
- One hand $35,000
- One foot $35,000
- Sight of one eye $35,000
- Hearing or speech $35,000
- One toe or one finger $7,000
